Ruth Langsford was left in tears after winning £33,000 for an Alzheimer’s charity on Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow last night.
This Morning and Loose Women star Ruth took part in the ITV show with husband Eamonn Holmes.
The couple were seen playing an updated version of Play Your Cards Right on the programme, which launches last night.
Eamonn and Ruth managed to keep the cards on their side and ended up winning an impressive £33,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Overcome with emotion, Ruth, 60, burst into in tears at the end of the show.

Taking to Instagram later that evening, Eamonn, also 60, shared a photo of his tearful wife, writing: “She won £30k to help @alzheimerssoc on tonight’s Play Your Cards Right.
“Believe me , she had reasons to shed those tears. Once again so proud of her for all she does in the fight against this cruel disease.”
Ruth’s dad Dennis had Alzheimer’s disease for 17 years and passed away back in 2012 aged 85.
Fans flooded Eamonn’s sweet message about his wife with supportive comments.

One wrote: “So pleased for you both and it’s so lovely to see how much you both care.”
While another added: “I love your Ruth – she’s so genuine x.”
A third exclaimed: “Oh bless her, I see the effects of this awful illness on a daily basis and its heart breaking. Well done they will really appreciate the money x.”
Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow sees the return of the nation’s favourites “supersized and reinvigorated” programmes, bringing them up-to-date for 2020.
