Gemma Atkinson dared to bare as she stripped down to a tiny bikini for a candid Instagram post.
Showing off her sun-kissed skin and covering her face with a pair of oversized sunglasses, the northern beauty ditched outerwear in favour of high-waisted denim hot pants and a flimsy bikini top.
With her back against the camera lens, the natural stunner turned her face as she sat on the beach under the sunshine.
The TV personality uploaded a heartfelt monologue to her Instagram over the weekend, explaining her mood has dropped since the coronavirus outbreak.
Writing to her 1.4million followers, the mum-of-one opened up about her struggles in lockdown, admitting she is grateful to be self-isolating with her family, but the events have brought about great selfishness in people, however, there has been “good and kindness” as well.
She explained that while she is struggling to adjust to life indoors, she confessed the upside is baby daughter Mia gets “to see her dad every day”.

She began: “My Sunday thoughts… I feel sad that this virus is around, and I’m constantly thinking about and checking in with family and friends and hoping they are all ok.
“I’m heartbroken for those families who have lost people to this shitty virus. I can’t imagine their hurt and frustration, and I’m sorry for all those people who have lost work and incomes and are now thinking about what’s next. Please don’t give up!
I’m grateful I have a garden now more than ever. Sitting in it daily listening to the birds as opposed to just hanging the washing out has made me realise, it’s actually lovely.

“I’m grateful to be on lockdown with my family. Ollie and Norman have never wagged their tails as much and although Gorka’s tour, his cruises, and other tours are cancelled, the positive from that is Mia getting to see her Dad every day, which I know personally is a privilege denied to many.”
She then apologised to mother nature for people “not treating” the earth, animals and each other right, and, she hoped that once the coronavirus has passed “we all become kinder and more greener”.
Gemma added: “This situation has brought out people’s true colours, and although a handful of those are being selfish and thinking only of themselves (I tell myself it’s because they’re scared) there’s been so much good and kindness as well!

Gemma’s post comes hours after the UK’s coronavirus death toll hit 1,228 in a rise of 209 in just 24 hours.
NHS England medical director Professor Stephen Powis previously said the UK will have done “very well” if the death toll is below 20,000 people.
