Chloe Madeley flashes 'lean' figure in barely-there bikini for jaw-dropping snap

Chloe Madeley sent her Instagram followers into a frenzy as she flaunted her killer defined abs in a seriously hot bikini throwback snap.

The 33-year-old looked to be having some summertime fun at sea in the blast-from-the-past image.

She wore a barely-there two piece and boasted glowing bronzed skin during what appeared to be a sun-soaked holiday adventure.

The self-claimed fitness fanatic paraded her rippling torso and toned arms as she waded across the water, holding out her arms to maintain her balance.

TV stars Richard and Judy’s daughter seemed to be chuffed with her gym results at the time but did confess that she hadn’t managed to maintain being that “lean”.

She joked with her 236,000 social media followers that her craving for a sugary and fried “donut” took over and two weeks later her muscles were not the same.

Keeping it real while aiming to inspire, Chloe captioned: “I stayed this lean for exactly two weeks… because …. donuts.”

Soon after posting the star was met with a swoon of gushy compliments and praise for being honest.

One fan exclaimed: “Love that you keep it real! Can’t imagine the dedication it took to get in such amazing shape, but equally love that you are an advocate for enjoying life. Here’s to getting fit and having the odd donut.”

A second chimed: “Great honest words.”

Another joked: “I heard someone mentioned donuts.”

While a fourth wholeheartedly agreed with her statement, adding: “Wish I could stay like that too… food is life though,” followed by a laughing emoji.

Meanwhile the starlet recently hit the headlines after she said her parents abnormal relationship that saw them spend every minute of every day together had affected her own romances.

Chloe told Woman’s Own : “I grew up watching my parents live together, work together, parent together – do everything together.

“It took me a really long time to realise that’s not normal.

“It wasn’t until I was in relationships that it became glaringly obvious to me that it’s not normal to spend all day every day with your partner.”

The podcaster added: “It probably impacted my relationships with male partners in a negative way.

“I’m really lucky that I found James when I did – because he was a rugby player, so I wasn’t going to come first.

“With a rugby player, it’s them and their career – and you like it or lump it.”

Chloe married rugby player James Haskell in 2018 after dating for four years.
