Chloe Sims looked unrecognisable in a throwback snap on Instagram as she tried to prove to fans that she hasn’t had a nose job.
The TOWIE star was talking to fans in a Q&A session on her stories on the social media platform when one cheekily asked if she had ever had rhinoplasty.
A less than impressed Chloe, 39, was quick to respond the question – and attempted to squash the rumours of her surgery once and for all.
She replied with a picture of herself aged just 16 and denied ever having had any work done to her nose.
She wrote: “No!! This really gets on my nerves… This is me at 16.”
Chloe has previously been very honest about her usage of cosmetic procedures.
The Essex babe recently decided to strip things back and return to a more natural look by having some of her fillers dissolved.
Chloe chose to share the experience with her followers by posting a series of updates as she had her more natural beauty restored.
At the time she explained: “So I decided to remove my fillers… the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look.”
“I’m really happy that I’ve toned it all down and as you know I think it’s important, to be honest with things like this. It’s my personal choice and that makes me feel confident. Thanks, Vogue Aesthetics.”
Chloe has previously denied having any surgery to her face – saying treatments such as Botox and fillers are not the same as actual surgery.
She said: “I’ve just had to delete some comments on my social media. How many times can I say I haven’t had surgery on my face?
“Surgery is changing the structure of your bones in your face. I’ve had cosmetic treatments, yes, but that’s not surgery.”

Whilst she does admit to having had surgery elsewhere on her body including two boob jobs to go from a 34B to a 34EE, and two Brazilian butt lifts, Chloe has lashed out at critics accusing her of having facial surgery in the past.
At the time she said: “People keep going ‘she needs to get her mental health checked, she’s had too much plastic surgery on her face’. Then one woman goes ‘you’ve had too much Botox you can’t move your lips’.
“You can’t have Botox in your lips, you thick p****. How embarrassing. If that was one of my relatives I would disown them.
“I get by with this face. I like my face. So there you go.”
