Katie McGlynn said goodbye to her platinum blonde locks as she debuted a dramatic at home transformation.
The 27-year-old former Coronation Street actress shared a quick behind-the-scenes snippet to showcase the process as she dared to switch up the colour of her tresses.
Not only did she stun fans because she had opted for a vibrant candy-floss pink hue for her hair, but the bombshell also revealed she’d posted on TikTok for the first time too.
In the clip, Katie comes into view looking effortlessly stunning as she opts to go makeup free while showing off her usual blonde mane.

Moments later, the former soap star is ready to get to work at dying her own hair from the comfort of her home.
Stirring a pot of product with a salon style brush, she was shown with her shoulders covered by what appeared to be a bin bag before getting into action.
In the final segment of the video, the TV starlet looked totally unrecognisable as she boasted Barbie coloured hair and a full face of glamorous makeup.

She added the hashtags “pink hair don’t care”, “new hair who dis”, “TikTok”, “hair transformation” and “expect the unexpected”.
Soon after the post had landed on her feed, fans had flooded her comments section with praise.

One pal wrote: “Right you’re doing this to me.”
A second exclaimed: “Wow loving the pink hair Katie, it really suits you. Pretty in Pink. Gorgeous.”
While many others begged the former cobbles star to provide them with the details for the at home kit that she had used.
In spite of the large volume of requests for the product info Katie remained tight lipped.
Meanwhile, Katie hit the headlines earlier this month after she filmed her cervical cancer screening, commonly known as a smear test, to show women how “quick and easy” it is to have done.
During her career on the ITV soap, Katie’s character Sinead Osbourne died of cervical cancer, therefore she wanted to use her platform for the greater good and encourage others to book their tests as it could save lives.
