Gemma Collins has slammed a fan who accused her of lying about her lip fillers as she insisted she has had them “dissolved”.
The 40-year-old TOWIE star took to her official Instagram account on Tuesday to share a natural selfie of herself without any makeup.
Sporting a plain face, the beauty looked as pretty as ever as she stared into the camera lens to show off her beautiful big blue eyes.
While her blonde locks were seen flowing around her face, Gemma was forced to fight off a comment from one fan who couldn’t help but comment on her appearance.
The fan commented telling Gemma to be “careful with the filler”.
They commented: “Well done Gemma. Careful with the filler though,” followed by the emoji blowing a kiss.
Gemma replied: “Don’t have any I had it all dissolved.”
Later on her Instagram, Gemma returned to her story to promise her fans that they are her real lips.
She wrote: “Guys these are my lips. This was yesterday, the reason why they’re bigger today is because I’m blowing them out because I’m exhausted.”
Gemma added: “I’m a woman of my word. I’ve had them all dissolved, and I actually love my original face it’s me and I love it.”
The reality TV star has always been very open about the fact she has had filler and filmed herself getting Botox done in 2019.
She previously opened up on why she had them dissolved saying she “didn’t feel like herself” while she had filler as she’s now urging fans to go natural.
Gemma, who was previously reported to have £8,000 worth of treatments, told The Sun: “I have tried Botox and filler, and I had it all dissolved. I can’t stand it.
“I was looking at myself thinking ‘I just don’t look like me anymore’.”
She added: “The young girls of today, all these lips, it’s just a bit too much. People think it’s the norm now, and it’s not. We’ve got to stay natural.”
Gemma recently launched Gemma Collagen, her new anti-ageing business with Harley Street clinic London Aesthetics.
Collins has shared snaps of her new venture, which offers marine collagen supplements and facial peels, on her Instagram page.
The Diva Forever star reportedly wants to make waves in the non-surgical beauty industry as she said: “People need to stop messing about with their faces!”
