Prince Harry will continue to “keep talking” in public following several big-money deals as the ripples of his bombshell interviews continue to be felt, a royal commentator has suggested.
The Duke of Sussex and wife Meghan Markle signed a reported $150million (£105m) deal with Netflix late last year as well as with Spotify and have also appeared on Apple TV+ in recent weeks.
They have also made headlines for a series of explosive allegations about their time within the Royal Family – from claims a senior royal made a remark about unborn Archie’s skin colour to Harry candidly opening up about his rift with father Prince Charles.
Speaking on the Royally Us podcast, royal expert Molly Mulshine believes that Harry has not yet stopped with his royal revelations.
She said: “What truth bombshells is he going to drop on us? He has this podcast, he has a big deal with Netflix, so this is going to be going on for a while, so I don’t know.
“There’s definitely going to be a lot of things coming out and people want to hear him speak so I think he’s going to give the public what they want and he’s going to keep talking.”
Royally Us podcast host responded: “Yeah, he’s going to run out at some point! He needs to put some time between updates.
“We’ve gone through when you were 12, we’ve gone through the times before that, we’ve gone from 28 to 32… you’re going to run out!”
“For our sake, please keep talking, ’cause it gives us something to talk about, but I don’t know how the family’s going to feel about that,” Molly replied.
Given the huge fees the likes of Spotify and Netflix have reportedly paid the Sussexes to produce shows for them, royal experts have previously raised fears over whether they will become a “one-trick pony”.
The Daily Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers claimed the announcement that Harry would be creating a Netflix documentary about his Invictus Games in April could raise those fears.
