Good Morning Britain weather girl Lucy Verasamy may be an expert at predicting the rain clouds, but that didn’t stop her getting caught in the wind from time to time.
And it appears when Lucy does get hit by a gust, she knows how to make the best of the breezy affair – by dazzling her online fans with a stunning social media selfie.
The glamorous ITV forecaster, 40, can be seen sporting a pair of stylish shades as she braces for the wind and she looks absolutely beautiful in the snap.
Striking a series of windswept poses for her fans on Instagram, she treated her 148k followers to a three-part selfie snap where her long brunette hair is flowing freely.
Rocking a light blue denim shirt with a button open, Lucy smiled for the camera whilst standing in front of two London skyscrapers for the first photo.
In the three pictures, the brunette bombshell has captured the sudden gale and its effect on the presenter’s luscious locks – even when the wind blows her hair into her face completely.
And the weather star clearly saw the funny side of the weather bout, as she captioned the post: “Windy City… A bit of blow dry before the rain” before signing off the post with laughing-face emoji.
And the snaps clearly went down a storm, because her swooning fans showered the comments section with compliments.
Not phased by the wind one bit, one fan penned: “That hair can never hide that beauty though Lucy”, before capping the comment with a love-heart emoji.
A second fan agreed, saying: “Doesn’t hide your beauty”.
A third follower gushed: “Blow dired and still beautiful as always Lucy x”.
And a fourth managed to point fun at themselves instead, joking: “You still had a better hair day than me” with a laughing face emoji to sign off.
Last week, Lucy was reminiscing about her staycation holiday in Scotland last year, when she shared some nostalgic snaps of her posing peacefully under some stormy grey clouds.
In the nature-themed snap, Lucy looked sensational as well as ready for any stormy weather that might occur, all cosy in her khaki coat and black wellies.
Her caption, which honoured Mental health Awareness Week, read: “Looking at snaps of a staycation last year – nothing beats being in nature.
“Nature is the theme for #mentalhealthawareness week this year.”
