Judi Love says Loose Women ladies never let heated on-air rows affect friendship

Judi Love revealed how she and the Loose Women panel cope with heated on-air rows – and what makes the show so special.

The comedian, 41, joined the cast of the all-female daytime show last year, and she’s already become a fan-favourite on the ITV programme.

Judi’s fellow panelists include I’m A Celeb’s Frankie Bridge, reporter Kaye Adams, Hollyoaks star Denise Welch and Coleen Nolan.

However, the Loose Women cast certainly aren’t afraid to say what they really think about some of the most honest and sensitive issues of the day.

This means viewers are privy to some tense debates on the panel – and just recently Carol McGiffin and Charlene White clashed over the Covid booster vaccine.

Judi recently hosted the Mirror’s People’s Pet Awards, which took place at the Grosvenor House in London.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star at the event, Judi opened up about life on the Loose Women panel, and how the ladies deal with tense on-air moments.

When asked how the girls deal with on-air rows, Judi insisted that despite everyone having different opinions, they never let it affect their friendship.

She said: “Everybody’s very respectful. At the end of the day we all have different opinions and I think that’s what’s so great about Loose Women.

“We can have different opinions and but we still respect our friendship and that’s what it’s about.”

Judi also talked about what a typical Loose Women night out looks like – and it includes plenty of prosecco, food, and dancing.

When asked about who the best lady to have on a night out, she answered: “That’s really hard. I’ve been there since we went into lockdown.

“I’m a bit loud. We all like to dance, we all like to have a little sing song so the vibe is not on the individuals, it’s all about when we come together collectively.

“We’re the Loose Women. You know when we’re around!”

On her dream night out with the Loose Women cast, Judi revealed that it would include bottles of “champs, prosecco and good music”.

The presenter said: “The dream night out… couple of bottles of champs, prosecco… good music, some flat shoes and we’ll bring the vibe and that’s it. We’re good.

“Don’t forget some food as well, yeah?”

She also revealed that her dream karaoke song would be between Mary J Blige or Take That.

Judi said: “It would have to be a Mary J Blige or Take That – mix between them. I’m here for the gold wig.”
