Kate Lawler had to make a third hospital dash in three weeks with her newborn baby.
The former Big Brother reality TV star had already been forced to make two emergency hospital visits with daughter Noa last month.
And she was back at Whittington Health NHS trust again after what she described as a “rough 24 hours” when Noa’s temperature raced past 38C.
Noa had to have blood and urine tests alongside a lumbar puncture – a process where a needle is inserted into the lower part of the spine to remove fluid to take samples or inject medications if needed.
In a selfie post to her 272k official Instagram followers, the Virgin Radio presenter revealed: “Another trip to A&E and an overnight stay in hospital. 3 times in 3 weeks.
“I’m exhausted and I just want to go home. Poor Noa has had a rough 24 hours but is on the mend and in 48 hours we’ll know for sure everything is okay.”

Kate continued: “We had to take Noa back to hospital last night as her temperature went above 38.
“She showed no signs of infection so they took blood and urine tests and she had to have a lumbar puncture.
“We had to stay overnight and this morning the doctors told me it’s likely a viral infection.
“She responded well to antibiotics. Her temperature, heart rate and oxygen were all back to normal by today.”

In another image to her story, Kate showed her baby worryingly hooked up to an IV drip with the caption: “They switched the type of antibiotics and to once a day (still via her cannula) and we were told we can [go] home.
“The paediatric team, doctors and nurses yet again took great care of Noa and I can’t thank them enough.
“I’d love to be enjoying this newborn ‘bubble’ as everyone calls it, but not sure how more I can take.”

Only at the weekend Beckenham born Kate, 40, was discharged from hospital for a second time with her poorly newborn.
The new mum had taken Noa to see doctors worried about her experiencing breathing difficulties.
But after a series of tests the infant was giving the all clear, much to the relief of Kate and her fiancé Martin.
She revealed at the time: “Saturday night Noa began showing signs of difficulty breathing so we rushed her to A&E and thankfully were seen immediately.
