Wayne Rooney has got something to bleat about – his neighbours want to turn next door into a sex clinic for sheep.
Farmers hope to raise 1,000 genetically modified animals next to the England and Manchester United legend’s £20million mansion.
Their plans involve building a “dark room laboratory” used for the “handling and storage of sheep semen and embryos for artificial insemination”.
They say the unit will allow them to create a genetically modified flock of Poll Dorset sheep with “desired traits” for farmers.

Along with the lab they want to build two sheds with a combined 20,300 sq ft of storage space.
If their planning application is approved, the Rooney family face 10 hours-a-day of build-ing work five-days-a-week and between 9am and 2pm on Saturdays.
Cheshire East Council has yet to decide on the plans.

But parish councillors said: “Our concern is that the intentions of this site is not for agricultural use but to secure another residential development.”
Wayne grew up on a council estate in Liverpool, grafting away at his footie career and building up a tidy fortune.
Over the years, Wayne and Coleen have owned properties across the globe, adding to their portfolio in the UK and the US.

Thanks to Wayne’s glittering profile as a football star, the childhood sweethearts have moved around a lot over the years, investing in property in everywhere from Cheshire to Florida.
Enjoying a dose of sunshine, the couple are also known to rent a lavish pad in Barbados, boasting an infinity pool and enjoying access to a golf course.
However, with Wayne managing Derby County, they are currently based in England.
