The BBC Breakfast star took a trip down memory lane as she shared a picture form her childhood with her 52,000 followers on social media.
She was seen posing on the back of a white horse wrapped up in a brown coat with a pair of royal blue trousers and a rider’s helmet as she rode around on the beach during the peak of summer.
While she reflected on the charming childhood moment, the 50-year-old broadcaster teased an upcoming project in the works as she updated her doting fans on her afternoon plans.

The BBC star captioned the photograph: “Me today” before she shared a shot of the herself today posing in front of an eight-foot-tall hedge alongside an apricot and white goat.
She was seen posing in a blush pink coat which she layered on top of a black jumper which she teamed with a pair of black skinny jeans which she finished with a pair of knee-high leather boots.
As she teased the exciting new project, she captioned the sun-drenched snap asked: “Where am I?” which left her loyal fans puzzled over what she could be up to.

It comes after the morning breakfast presenter shared some behind the scenes snaps of herself as she posed in a red backless minidress.
The newsreader put on a glamorous display as she attended the Rob Burrow Strictly Ball located at Headingley Stadium in Leeds where her co-host and professional ballroom partner Nadiya Bychkova sat on the judging panel.
Posting a boomerang on Saturday evening (March 19), Sally made sure she provided her loving followers with a full view of her red sparkly frock.

Showcasing her low back dress and toned physique online, the mum-of-one turned up the heat as she gave a playful twirl to the camera while she wiggled her behind.
