Britney was continuously spinning around as she was throwing her long locks all over as she rubbed her hands up and down her curves and started getting emotional as she connected with the track.
The longer Britney carried on dancing the more emotional she became which she described as a “spiritual experience”.
As she shared the clip she wrote: “It’s been a while since I’ve cried on camera. It’s not a breakdown a**holes, it’s a release that I’ve needed for a very long time now.
“Spiritual experience for sure. I think I need to do that way more. PS… bawling.”
Her fans immediately shared their support for the star as she hit upwards of 340,000 likes on the Instagram post.
Her husband Sam Asghari commented his support on the post as he said: “Vulnerability=strength=lioness.”
One fan wrote: “Aww babe, there are so many of us here that support you in whatever you need to do for your journey. We can’t even fathom what it must feel like to be trapped for over 13 years. you have come leaps and bounds! We adore you.”
Another added: “Vulnerability is the strongest act of kindness.”
While a third said: “You’re an artist, Brit… Express yourself!”
Britney’s latest post comes shortly after she found herself in a body shaming row after sharing a post which read: “I found there was only one way to look thin: hang out with fat people.”
She wrote: “I wish I could have chosen the nannies for my children…my dancers… I mean, if I had Christina Aguilera’s dancers, I would have looked extremely small.”
Britney since released a post after the backlash and said she was not being critical of Christina after the artist decided to unfollow her.
She said she wasn’t trying to be critical, adding: “What I posted is a projection of the insecurities I deal with all the time”.
Britney wrapped up the post by saying she would “never intentionally body shame” because she “knows how it feels”.
