Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are tying the knot in a lavish £3m wedding in Florida after two years of dating.
But as plenty of celebrities gather at Nicola’s family’s £76m estate, the celebrations have been mocked by Piers Morgan’s son Spencer.
As the Beckhams and Peltzes, who are said to be worth £360m and £1.3billion respectively, get ready for the big day, it seems other people aren’t quite as enthusiastic.
Spencer, 28, took to social media to hit out at the big as he suggest that people should find themselves a life rather than get excited over a celebrity wedding.
He tweeted: “If you’re interested in brooklyn beckham’s wedding there’s no helping you.”
The comment sparked backlash from his fans, as one replied to take aim at his dad, writing: “Agree. The type of person who is interested in this is the type of person who would pen endless articles on Meghan Markle like ………. Checks notes ………. Hmm.”
Another added: “But you needed to tweet about it, so obviously no helping you.”
Channel 5 presenter Matthew Stadlen said: “Why would anyone be interested in anything you tweet, Spencer? You’re literally the son of a famous person.”
Big names such as Snoop Dogg and Gordon Ramsay are set to attend the star-studded event, as well as Eva Longoria and Gigi Hadid.
Nicola and Brooklyn are said to have first met at Coachella, a music festival in California, back in 2017.
However, the pair didn’t start dating until October 2019 when they saw each other at a party in 2019, and made their romance official in 2020.
Brooklyn then asked Nicola to marry him after just nine months of dating in a whirlwind romance, giving her an engagement ring worth £350k.
His mother Victoria regularly shares sweet messages about the pair in the run-up to the wedding, clearly excited for the pair to tie the knot.
