Emmerdale star Mimi Slinger admitted she was totally “blown away” by her character’s sudden death at the hands of Meena Jutla.
Last year, her character Leanna Cavanagh was cruelly killed by menacing murderer Meena Jutla on the long-standing show.
Despite being just a teenager, the killer nurse pushed the blonde bombshell over a bridge into a shallow stream where she hit her head on a rock and died.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Star at the Pride of Britain Awards, the 19-year-old revealed that she had planned to leave the show at some point that year.

Speaking about her character’s untimely death on the red carpet, she confessed: “I was so blown away when I read about how I was going to die, but it was a really fun three weeks.”
Since leaving the show, the actor’s career has only continued to soar after she took the plunge into the modelling world with her latest project.
But the soap star admitted that she would still love to come back to the Yorkshire soap even though her character is no longer alive on the show.

When thinking about how she could possibly return to the Dales, she excitedly exclaimed: “I could come back as a ghost – I could always come back!”
It comes after the former actress recently shared a stunning photoshoot after she opened up about her passion to delve into the world of modelling.
Mimi looked gorgeous as she tied her long blonde tresses up into a glamorous up-do in a carousel of snaps of herself in a daring outfit.

The starlet showcased her toned stomach as she posed up a storm for the cameras in a cut-out dress which showed off a hint of cleavage.
Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long before the former ITV actress was flooded with gushing compliments online as she joined her beau HRVY on the red carpet.
