Inside Holly Willoughby's £3m home – extension row, marble bath and lavish garden

Holly Willoughby lives in a stunning home in South West London, that is worth around £3million.

She shares the sprawling family home with her husband Dan Baldwin and their children Belle, Harry and Chester.

As she turns 41 years of age, Holly has plans to make her family home even bigger, so here at Daily Star we’ve decided to have a nosey around the This Morning presenter’s pad.

Despite her huge home being big enough to house her family, Holly has been long frustrated by the rejections that she and her husband have received when asking for planning permission.

Planning permission refused

The Dancing On Ice co-host wanted to build a two-storey extension on six-bedroom Edwardian home in 2016, but was unable to do so due to failing to gain planning permission.

Last April they submitted their 14th application since buying the house for £2.8m in 2011, but this time for a one-storey extension, according to The Sun.

At the time a neighbour said it would cause unacceptable noise for “such an expensive area to live. I don’t pay taxes to get this level of disruption.”

A planning officer ruled: “The proposal by reason of its combined height, siting, width and depth contributes to an excessive scale and level of massing which would be an inappropriate and unsympathetic form of development harmful to the character and appearance of the host building … causing less than substantial harm to the character and appearance of the conservation area.

“The benefits put forward are not considered to outweigh the identified harm.”

Sought after parquet flooring

Parquet flooring is a sought after feature

Inside her £3million sprawling family home, Holly has some stunning features like her sought after parquet flooring.

Her living room has a theme of natural hues combined with a grey sofa and matching ottoman, with light pink accents throughout.

The chic sofa has pale pink cushions strewn all over the couch, that is often occupied by the star’s adorable fluffy cat, Bluebell.

In another snap, the ottoman-come-footstool can be seen with a white tray filled with crystals – which is very on-brand for the Wylde Moon founder.

One of the crystals on the tray appeared to be rose quartz – which is widely loved for the calming and loving properties that it boasts.

Holly has recently shared her love for crystals, telling the Mirror: “My mum introduced me to them when I was little, but the place I grew up in was small and we didn’t really talk about them outside the house in case people would think we were weird.

“Then I moved to London eight years ago and I met so many people who were into spirituality and crystals. I felt a lot more free to talk about it.”

Kitchen decked out with expensive tableware

A fan of Emma Bridgewater pottery, Holly often uses her EB plates to serve up meals

The parquet flooring that graces her living room also runs into her huge state-of-the-art kitchen – making the entire space feel super homely and co-ordinated.

In a snap that shows Holly carving up a roast dinner, she can be seen piling the expensive tableware high with yummy food.

The tableware appears to be that of stoneware brand Emma Bridgewater.

A fan of the polka dot pattern by the brand, an Emma Bridgewater serving plate in the popular pattern costs £65, while pasta bowls will set you back upwards of £24.

Green fingered garden and allotment

A keen green fingered gardener

Holly has clearly got green fingers and enjoys planting vegetables and flowers in her sprawling allotment-come-garden.

In photos she has snapped and uploaded in the past, wisteria can be seen, as well as wildflowers like sweet peas.

Sometimes the blonde beauty snaps a selfie while tending to her garden, and can often be seen with a watering can in hand.

Wicker garden furniture makes her back yard the perfect place to kick back and relax

On Mother’s Day in 2017 Holly could be seen relaxing on wicker garden furniture in her back yard.

And in a previous snap Holly snapped a selfie with her Big Green Egg barbecue while the British weather tipped it down.

Not letting the rain get in the way of her summer plans, the TV favourite cooked up a storm as she barbecued burgers, steaks and chicken.

Chic bedroom with wooden headboard

Back in 2017 when Holly celebrated her birthday, she gave fans a glimpse inside her chic bedroom.

All three of her children bundled onto her bed to wish her a happy birthday, and the stunning TV star couldn’t help but share the snap with her fans and followers.

At the time that the photo was snapped, Holly had a dark wooden headboard which complimented her stunning floral wallpaper that contrasted against the dark wood perfectly.

There are also a fair amount of snaps of Holly’s gorgeous cat relaxing on the This Morning presenter’s bed.

Lavish marble bathroom

Holly’s bathroom is a pampering haven

Holly’s lavish bathroom boasts of stunning marble walls in the huge walk-in shower.

With a silver and chrome colour scheme, Holly has a chrome towel rails, chrome taps and white towels.

With a lavish roll-top bath and retro high-cistern toilet, fans will likely swoon over Holly’s bathroom decor.
