Katie Price has boasted about buying a new “flash” car, something that comes months after her drink-drive crash.
After avoiding spending time jail, Katie is looking to the future and is excited to purchase a brand spanking new motor, and couldn’t resist teasing the news with her fans.
The 43-year-old former glamour model took to Instagram over the weekend to share snaps of herself riding her horse Wallis, dubbing him “flash” and making a sneaky joke about getting a new car.
She wrote over the snap: “I love him. I’ve had him 14 years and he still acts like a five-year-old.”
Keen to get back behind the wheel of a shiny new car, Katie then added: “I’ll make sure my new car will be flash like him.”
Last year Katie went to rehab to complete a court assigned order, something that followed a massive car crash in September 2021.
The doting mum of-five crashed her flashy Range Rover near her Sussex home in September, while on her fifth driving ban.
When she crashed her car, the rehab stint and subsequent court case came because she was on a ban when it happened, and after she tested positive for alcohol.
The star appeared in court last December, when District Judge Amanda Kelly said: “The public may well be appalled to know I am not able to send you to prison today… you deserve to spend Christmas behind bars.”
Katie later issued an apology after avoiding a jail stint, where she said: “It’s been a really difficult time and I’m incredibly sorry for my actions – I’m sincerely grateful nobody was hurt.”
“I’m spending time getting better – mental health is a hidden illness and can strike at any time,” she added.
This comes as fans of the star enjoyed watching Katie document the renovations of her West Sussex home in the Channel 4 series, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.
The episodes have seen the star make over her daughter Princess’s bedroom, and completely overhaul her hallway-lobby area.
