Katie Price faces court again over multimillion debts as she faces jail for order breach

Katie Price was set to head to court once again today for a bankruptcy hearing, facing a probe into how she funds her luxurious holidays and lifestyle despite being millions of pounds in debt.

Now the insolvency proceedings have been pushed back with no new date confirmed.

The former glamour model, 44, owes £3.2million accrued by her company Jordan Trading Ltd.

Today (June 7) Katie – who was once worth a reported £45million – is set to appear at to the Royal Courts of Justice in London after being declared bankrupt in 2019, ordered to pay £12,000 per month to cover her debt.

It comes as she is currently facing jail for breaching a restraining order against her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée, after pleading guilty last month.

Katie branded her a “gutter s**g” in text messages and was charged with one count of breaching a restraining order.

Judge Stephen Mooney at Lewes Crown Court in Sussex told Katie: “Clearly you have accepted responsibility for an offence.

“That means you are at risk of going to prison.”

Katie hasn’t yet been sentenced, but is due to appear in court for her sentencing later in June.

But the OnlyFans star narrowly avoided jail time after being handed a suspended sentence and two-year driving ban for driving while disqualified and under the influence on September 28, 2021.

She complied with a requirement to attend rehab at The Priory and avoided a custodial sentence at the time.

This latest bankruptcy hearing comes as Katie has been reported to be earning thousands in brand deals, with her Mucky Mansion programme on Channel 4 allegedly earning her £45,000.

Katie’s company Jordan Trading Ltd was originally established in 2003, overseeing her perfume and make-up lines – but in 2017 an application was put in to close the company.

The 2019 bankruptcy put her at risk of losing her £2million mansion, after she took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015.

A repossession order was put on the mansion in November 2021, though her Channel 4 documentary went ahead as planned.
