Paddy McGuinness is using work to get over his shock marriage split from Christine McGuinness.
The pair announced last month that they had separated, however the TV presenter appears to have thrown himself into a busy work schedule to take his mind off the fact his 11 marriage is over.
He said: “Between recording 36 episodes of Question of Sport and filming for the new series of Top Gear I have got plenty to keep me busy.”

Paddy also claimed that he loved able to hang out with the BBC Question of Sport team captains Sam Quek and Ugo Monye to relax.
He added: “We all get on brilliantly and have a lot of fun together on and off set. It’s a very enjoyable way to spend a day at work.”
This comes shortly after Paddy’s now-ex Christine seemed to be doing the same as she seemingly dived head-first into work.
She recently teased a “magic” new project while with a filming camera and looking cheerful despite the huge life event she is currently enduring.
The couple confirmed their separation on July 22 after 11 years of marriage in a joint statement released online.
Surrounded by cases and luggage, the upbeat star of The Games looked great as she donned a pink ensemble.
Posting the snap on Instagram, Christine penned: “And suddenly you know… It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginning.”
Breaking the news of their separation to fans on Instagram last month, they wrote: “A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
“This was not an easy decision to make but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
“We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.”
