The BBC are reportedly ready to offer Holly Willoughby a job if her role on This Morning comes to an end.
Over the last few weeks, This Morning star Holly has been caught in a media frenzy with her former co-host Phillip Schofield leaving ITV following his affair with a young male colleague.
But the BBC have allegedly been waiting to poach the 42-year-old for years and are ready to offer her a gig if she was willing to work alongside other stars.

TV insiders have reported that the BBC has been wanting ITV to part ways with Holly so she is able to take on other projects.
A source told the MailOnline: “Holly will get bums on seats at home. She is popular with the very-much-sought-after 16-24 age group, too, which is a huge deal for all broadcasters.”
Reports have also claimed that Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin, who works as a TV executive with his production company Hungry Bear Media, would like to see his wife venture off.
Dan’s company makes a number of programmes for a variety of television and the BBC happens to be one of his biggest customers.
Insiders claim that Dan has been trying to get his Holly to present with other male celebs such as Lee Mack on Freeze The Fear and Bradley Walsh on Bradley And Holly Take Off.
Holly is scheduled to return to her usual This Morning presenting gig on Monday (June 5), but she will not be joined by Phillip.
Following the backlash Phillip received regarding his relations with a staff member the 61-year-old confessed he lied to Holly about the relationship and that he has apologised to her since.
Speaking about their bruised relationship in his bombshell BBC interview, he said: “I WhatsApped her on the day that I put the statement up and I said to her, ‘I know you can’t reply. You’re probably not allowed to but I am so desperately, desperately sorry.
“I adore Holly. She is my TV sister and know I don’t have a problem with her at all.”
Following his interview with BBC journalist Amol Rajan, Holly was reportedly “saddened” to see Phillip look “so downtrodden” and in a “bad way”, a source told The Sun.
Daily Star has contacted Holly’s representatives and the BBC for comment.
