Puff Daddy has finally broken his silence on rumours he wanted to “fight” Will Smith after a proposition of a threesome with his wife Jada Pinkett Smith and his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.
It’s been alleged that Will and Jada attempted to ask J.Lo for a menage a trois while she was still dating Diddy, who apparently responded with – unsurprising – anger. And now it’s time for the rapper to have his say.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs discussed the rumour during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week, while promoting his album. Kimmel launched straight into the controversial matter, interrupting the rapper to say: “Speaking of love. I saw a guy on the internet the other day. He said he used to be your security guard, who said that when you were dating J.Lo, Will Smith and Jada tried to pick her up on a threesome and you were gonna beat up Will Smith. Is that true?”

Diddy paused for a long time in bewilderment, before responding: “Yo, this show has gotten crazier since the last time I was here. No.” Kimmel pressed him: “It’s all about love, though. That’s not true?”

Diddy asked: “You really heard that?” as he told him: “Yeah, yeah, I watched it on the internet. You’re telling me I can’t believe everything I read?” The interview took an icy turn as Diddy said: “I don’t know what you’re talking about. Jimmy, I thought we was friends. Where did this interview just go?”
Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deal, however, had more to say on the subject. He claimed: “We were at a birthday party that I think Matt Damon was giving for Ben Affleck. It was just a little gathering at the Four Seasons.
“Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Puff, Will Smith and Jada were sitting on [one] side of the room. Puff stood up. And when he stood up, he walked and did his arms a certain kind of way like [crossing them].

“I go over towards him and he said to me, ‘Yo, I think Will and Jada are trying to scoop up Jennifer. I want you to stay close ’cause I’ma snuff him.’ That s**t was funny. He thought that Jada and Will were coming on too strong to Jennifer, making advances.”
It comes after reports that Will is seeking a divorce from Jada after their secret separation seven years ago. Sources told Heat Magazine that Will feels “more emasculated than ever” after bombshell reveals in Jada’s book, and wants to call time on their relationship.

The insider said: “He knows he needs to be strategic as there’s $400m on the line. But he’s hurt and angry and this is the final straw. He wants to divorce and end the charade.” He reportedly wants a “real relationship” now, and said of Jada “that ship has sailed”.
The pair were initially said to be “working to reconcile”– but now Will is apparently “blindsided” by the revelations and is feeling “humiliated and betrayed”.
