Emmerdale viewers have predicted that one character is set to meet a sticky end during Super Soap Week.
The ITV soap pulls out all the stops for the special week, which is usually in October, with a typically dramatic plot.
Cast member Emma Atkins has previously teased that this year’s will be big, telling Digital Spy it “going to be spectacular” and that her character Charity Dingle would be a part of it.

And fans reckon it could even involve the death of a major character.
With plenty of peculation on social media, one theory emerging is that is will involve Charity, her husband Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland).
There has been trouble between the trio after Charity discovered that Mack was the father of Chloe’s baby, Reuben.
“Emmerdale Super Soap Week is going to consist of Mack Charity and Chloe isn’t it?” one person posted on X, which used to be known as Twitter.
“Perhaps Chloe will die, Mack gets the baby and he and Charity live happily ever after,” suggested someone else.
The plot was also up for discussion on Reddit, with one fan of the soap saying: “I remember Amy telling Mack that nobody could get one over on her so maybe all out war between Chloe and Charity?
“Massive cat fight on the cards? We need to see the other side of Chloe.”
“Charity is set to be at the centre of the Soap Super Week in October,” said another viewer.
“I think Charity and Chloe will be in danger and Mack will have to choose who to save with one dying, thus ending the love triangle storyline.”
“Oh definitely Chloe will be killed off and Mack probably flees to Scotland with Reuben,” said another fan.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV
