Giovanni Pernice has set the record straight following rumours that he’s dating a Love Island star’s ex.
The 32-year-old Italian hunk is no stranger to apparently striking up romances with his fellow showbiz pals.
Recently, the pro dancer was rumoured to be dating fellow Strictly Come Dancing star Jowita Przystał.

However, after an apparent brief romance, they ended things.
And now, the hunk has been linked to Love Island star Curtis Pritchard’s ex-girlfriend Amber Pierson.
Curtis, who appeared on series five of the hit ITV2 dating show in 2019, and Amber ended things in 2020.

According to The Sun, Giovanni and Amber had followed each other on social media and he has also “liked” the bombshell’s posts.
But a spokesperson for Giovanni has since shut down any claims of a romance between the two.
They told The Sun: “They have never met.
“He follows lots of dancers on social media as that’s his industry.”
Last week, it was reported that Giovanni and Jowita had ended their relationship after apparently falling for each other during the last season of the popular BBC show.

They were rumoured to have enjoyed several dates after the show but due to their busy schedules and Giovanni touring for the next five months, they have found it impossible to make time for each other.
According to a source close to the pair, they intend to remain good friends.
“Although their relationship has ended, Giovanni and Jowita said they will stay good friends.
“It is just a shame they couldn’t make it work,” said the source.
The Sicilian dancer and Polish pro had kept their relationship under wraps until going public just before Christmas last year when they went to Chelsea ace Jorginho’s birthday party together in Surrey.

They never officially confirmed the romance until recently telling RadioTimes his New Year’s resolution was to keep it under wraps – but when questioned he simply gave a cheeky smile.
They first set tongues wagging with a sizzling start-of-show routine in October.
Crew members were said to have caught them kissing backstage.
Jowita went on to win the competition with wildlife cameraman and presenter Hamza Yassin, but weeks later, they were seen holding hands on a date in London.
