GMB viewers are left stunned after watching a 66-year-old take part in a “cringeworthy” rap battle.
The hit ITV show returned for another instalment on Friday (September 8) with Garraway and Ben Shephard back at the helm.
During the programme, the hosts spoke to Joy – a pensioner and retiree who has become a self-proclaimed rapper.

With the GMB team watching on, Joy and her rap battle partner Scully pal “spat some bars” – but the scene certainly left viewers divided.
“Well that was painful,” said one viewer, while someone else fumed: “What am I watching?”
A third chimed in and penned: “That was So cringeworthy.”
Another viewer seemed to like it, as they gushed: “Can we hear them rapp again.”
Both Joy and Scully sat down on the show to talk about their career.
“I didn’t wake up one day and say you know ‘I’d be a good fit as a battle rapper. It didn’t happen like that at all,” she said.
“Basically I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could do it.”
When asked what he made of Joy when he first met her, Scully said: “She saw me battle at an event in Sheffield, and i was still drinking and what not. I was a mess.
“And really, I just told her how bad it was.”
He then told his pal: “Literally it’s been me and you.”
She added how she wanted to “change people’s perceptions” about “older women who tend to go a bit invisible.”

Joy then revealed how she was “really quite shy” until her mid-50s, but now she’s “found her voice” she says there’s “nothing anybody can say to me that can knock me.”
The hosts also recalled an incident how Joy was once turned away at a rap battle, and was told “Bingo is round the corner.”
Joy, who is starring in a YouTube documentary about her rap battles, said: “It happens still.”
Ben then quizzed Scully on what his thoughts were after watching Joy’s first performance “I was so glad. It was an authentic voice, your background is poetry so it was like a step up from that.”
