Good Morning Britain host Ben Shephard said it felt like being on the “most public Tinder date” when actress Daisy May Cooper appeared in the ITV studio on Monday (February 6).
We all know Tipping Point presenter Ben is a handsome man, so it’ll hardly come as a surprise that even famous faces like Daisy have a “massive crush” on him.
Ben and co-host Susanna Reid were teasing their upcoming interview with This Country star Daisy, who was just unmasked as Otter on ITV’s The Masked Singer on Saturday.

Susanna said: “She’s in the dressing room at the moment. Daisy of course has a massive crush on Ben Shephard.”
Humble Ben wasn’t so sure as he asked: “Well, massive?”, but Susanna shut him down when she reminded him that Daisy dedicated her entire autobiography to him.
She said: “She’s going to meet you for the very first time! Which is why you’re here on a Monday, confusing everybody thinking it’s a Thursday.”
Ben joked that the whole thing felt like a public date when he said: “I feel like it’s the most public Tinder date ever, this.”
Susanna looked taken aback by Ben’s cheeky date remark before jokingly asking Ben if his wife Annie knew about her husband being on a “public Tinder date”.
Ben went along with the bit as she suggested Annie wouldn’t find about his ‘affair’ with Daisy when he said: “She doesn’t. She’ll be busy trying to get the boys to school, don’t worry about that.”

But unfortunately for Daisy, Ben is happily married to wife Annie and the couple share their two kids.
Daisy was unveiled as Otter in a shock double elimination on The Masked Singer which saw Claire from Steps unmasked as Knitting.
They met as students at the University of Birmingham and later tied the knot in 2004.
