I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Nella Rose’s friend has insisted that the YouTuber has “redeemed” herself following her spat with Fred Siriex and Nigel Farage.
The ITV series has been on our screens for a little over a week now, and it’s fair to say the 26-year-old has certainly entered the jungle with a bang. Last Tuesday (November 21), the influencer got involved in a heated clash with First Dates star Fred.
The raven-haired beauty explained how she felt “disrespected” and “offended” by the pro chef’s comments he unwittingly made about her family losses. Nella, who lost her dad in 2020 and her mum when she was just 19, did not take the star’s apology kindly.

Loyal fans will remember how she told the culinary expert that they would “not be friends” during their time Down Under. But it appears the pair have finally managed to put things behind them after they were seen working together and hugging each other in a challenge at the end of the week.
At the time, viewers were left divided by her surprising comments, with some rushing to her defence to remind other that she is still dealing with the grief of losing both her parents at such a young age. Whereas others thought the discussion took a left turn out of nowhere.
Now, her friend Grace Keeling, better known as GK Barry, has lifted the lid on the tense discussion in an exclusive interview with Daily Star. She told us: “I know what Nella’s like and she’s one of the nicest, bubbliest people ever.
“But I’ve never seen her in a situation like that before. When I was watching it, I thought ‘Oh no’ because as a viewer you can properly what’s going on.”
Despite her spat with the TV chef, Grace is convinced that the TV personality has done what it takes to win over the public for the remainder of her time in the jungle. She argued: “I think she’s redeemed herself.
“She’s back to being friends with Fred. I think as well, when you’re in a rainy jungle, you’re hungry, you’re tired.
“No one knows how they’re gonna be in a situation like that until you’re in it. So, I’m not judging how many of them are going to act in this situation.”
The blonde bombshell went on to admit that if she was in the same position that she would also be snappy in the Australian jungle. She confessed: “I’d be having like sumo wrestling matches with everyone after like one day of being hungry.”
But Fred isn’t the only person Nella has fallen out with this week, with the star also hitting out at Nigel Farage. The YouTuber said the former politician wanted people like her “gone” from the UK whilst discussing his policies to reduce immigration.
She claimed that she read online that the former UKIP leader was “anti-immigrants” and asked why black people didn’t like him. The Brexit leader replied: “You’d be amazed, they do.”
Nella countered: “So everyone hates you for no reason?” to which he argued: “You can disagree with somebody, but to chuck around accusations the way they’ve been chucked around is grossly unfair.

“Anti-immigrant, right? No, no all I’ve said is we cannot go on with the numbers coming to Britain that are coming.” The GB News presenter explained the number of people entering the UK was affecting GP appointments.
Nella, who has one million followers on Instagram and TikTok, replied: “I’m stopping you from getting a GP appointment? You’re not getting an appointment because the NHS is lacking funding.
“I bet you anything if every single immigrant or from immigrant descent was to leave the UK, all your doctors gone, most of your doctors are Asian right? Most of your nurses are African women, right? You want us all gone, that’s all I understood.”
