Jada Pinkett Smith is threatening to take legal action after claims her husband Will Smith had sex with a male co-star.
Brother Bilaal went viral for making allegations that Will romped with his Fresh Prince of Bel-Air co-star Duane Martin on set of the show. But Red Table Talk podcast host Jada has insisted the claims are ridiculous, and is taking “legal action”.
Appearing on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, she fumed: “We’re going to take legal action because it’s one thing to have an opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. It’s not true. We’re going to take care of it, and that’s that.”

She told TMZ: “We suin’.” Will has also vehemently denied the rumours, with his representative telling TMZ: “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”
Brother Bilaal – who describes himself as the ex-personal assistant to Oscar winner Smith – claimed he once walked in on Smith having sex with Duane as he appeared in an episode of Fresh Prince. He alleged opening the door to Duane’s dressing room and catching the pair engaging in “anal sex”.
On Unwine with Tasha K, Bilaal said: “I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will.” He provided graphic description of the alleged act, describing Smith’s penis as similar to a “pinky toe”.
He claimed Will was “bent over the couch” in Duane’s dressing room, while Duane was allegedly “standing up killing him, murdering him… it was murder in there.” Duane was married to actress Tisha Campbell from 1996 until 2020.
It comes after Jada revealed that she and Will have been secretly separated for seven years. The Men in Black star is now said to be after a divorce, apparently “blindsided” by revelations that Jada made in her new book.
Speaking to Heat Magazine, one source revealed Will did not give his approval for his wife to discuss their private life in the book, and was feeling “more emasculated than ever”. The source continued: “He knows he needs to be strategic as there’s $400m on the line. But he’s hurt and angry and this is the final straw.”
The insider added: “He wants to divorce and end the charade.” He reportedly wants a “real relationship” now, and said of Jada “that ship has sailed”.

Jada, meanwhile, said: “We’re still figuring it out. We’ve been doing some really heavy duty work together. We just got this deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
The couple admitted in 2020 that Jada had an affair with musician August, with Will saying at the time: “Our marriage wasn’t working. We could no longer pretend. We were both miserable and clearly something had to change.”
