Jennifer Lawrence hit out at claims she underwent plastic surgery in a candid Q&A with Kylie Jenner.
The Hunger Games alum chatted to The Kardashians star about her changing face after fans speculated she’d had intrusive work done on her eyes and nose. Instead, Jen put it down to losing baby weight around her face and a new make-up technique.
She explained: “I also think it’s incredible what make-up can do because I work with. Hung [Vanngo], who overlines the lip, and I call him a plastic surgeon, because everybody in the last few months since I’ve been working with him is convinced that I had eye surgery.

“I’m like, ‘I didn’t have eye surgery. I’m doing make-up.’” Kylie replied: “Oh my god. You know, you’ve been looking amazing. Have you always worked with him?” as Jen quipped back: “Well, apparently I’ve had full plastic surgery.”

Kylie reassured her: “No, I’ve been seeing the pictures. It doesn’t look like that.” Speaking about make-up, Jennifer confessed: “I feel sorry for men. They’re kind of stuck with what they have.”
Jen said she has opted for lip fillers – but that’s about it. She said: “I did end up getting lip fillers, but it’s also the same with me. I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 years old versus 26 and my eyebrows are filled differently. I have contour on.
“I’m like, ‘How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I’ve gotten my jaw shaved and eyelids removed?’ I’m like, ‘What are we talking about?’

“I started at 19, so I get the before and after pictures from when I’m 19 to 30 and I’m like, ‘I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m ageing’. Everybody thought I had a nose job, and I’m like, ‘I’ve had the exact same nose. My cheeks got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up!’”
Kylie is on the same page when it comes to make-up, explaining in a 2019 interview with Paper: “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false.
“I’m terrified! I would never. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do.” Kylie has gone under the knife to get breast implants – admitting to having the procedure this year after years of denials.

She confessed during an episode of her reality show: “I got my breasts done before Stormi… not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. I had beautiful breasts. Natural t**s. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
The star went on: “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false.”
It must have been a surreal experience for J-Law to meet one of her heroes – after being so obsessed with The Kardashians she set up a dedicated tent for watching them on set of her movie Mother!. She said: “It was a tent that had pictures of the Kardashians and Keeping Up with the Kardashians playing on a loop – and gumballs. My happy place.”
