Jonnie Irwin has shared some cute snaps of his wife and kids as they enjoyed a day out in the wake of his heartbreaking terminal cancer diagnosis.
The A Place in the Sun star, 49, shared the terrible news that he didn’t know how long he had to live in November, after first being diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2020, which then spread to his brain.
But the star is busy making memories with his family as they have been enjoying several holidays and days out together, spending time on a staycation in the Lake District with his wife, Jessica Holmes, 40, and their three children, Rex, three, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac.

In several photos the presenter can be seen posing with his family by a river and in one shot could be seen planting a tender kiss on his wife’s cheek.
He captioned the post: “Today out in the fresh air was what we all needed. How I’d love to be up on those fells but staying low around the waterfalls with the family was wonderful in a different way.”
It comes after he vowed to “starve” his cancer and was pictured with stage four cancer survivor Jane McLelland on Instagram and revealed he took inspiration from the author.
