Kourtney Kardashian has revealed the truth of her beauty regime as she shared herself getting a needle facial on her Instagram.
The reality TV star, 43, went bare-faced without a trace of makeup as she showed off the facial procedure and explained its skin tightening and smoothing benefits.
Followers watched as the mum of three had a small pen with needles ran across her forehead and face as part of the facial process.

Kourtney, who married Travis Barker last year, also pointed out a painful looking swelling on her shoulder, which she highlighted was due to a pulled muscle in her neck.

She pointed out the injury with a white arrow as she wrote: “So swollen. Also I really pulled a muscle in my neck.”
Kourtney visited the luxurious Artisan of Skin Medical spa in Beverly Hills, California for her treatment – which is a favourite amongst some of the rich and famous.
Her super facial is known for its skin-transforming results, as the spa’s website describes it as being “designed to drastically renew layers of skin with minimum downtime”.
The treatment comes just after Kourtney celebrated Valentine’s Day with her husband Travis Barker, who she married last year.

The couple have been flaunting their PDA ever since they went public with their romance back in 2021.
In the latest series of The Kardashians, Travis and Kourtney share their journey for IVF treatment including an Ayurvedic Panchakarma cleanse to boost their fertility.
The couple committed to “no sex, no caffeine, no working out” for five days in a bid to “clear the body of toxins in preparation for a baby”.
In the latest episode, Kourtney said: “We did one final egg retrieval and we are just waiting on the genetic testing results.

“We did one final egg retrieval, and we’re just waiting for results. But it has made it to an embryo.”
Their IVF journey was put on a break before their May wedding to focus on the ceremony and their marriage.
Between them, the couple currently have six kids within their blended family.
