Things have been heating up on Love Island as relationships start getting serious following the fallout of Casa Amor.
The return of the highly anticipated ITV twist saw a new bunch of sexy singletons looking for love in the sizzling South African villa.
While Islanders will likely see themselves catapulted to stardom on the reality dating show, many contestants have already had brushes with fame in the past.

Before competing on the dating programme, some stars have previously rubbed shoulders with celebrities, from Coronation Street connections to big acting roles.
As couples continue to grow after their week apart, Daily Star has taken a deep dive inside the Islanders famous connections with celebrities.
Kai Fagan
Sports hunk Kai Fagan has been nothing short of a hit with the ladies after he struggled to fight off the ladies in Casa Amor.
But away from the show, the semi-professional rugby player also works as a P.E teacher in the heart of Manchester.
As fans continue to swoon over him on the silver screen, the brunette beefcake revealed that he isn’t the only familiar face in his family.
In his opening VT, the star shared his claims to fame to fans at home which included a relative of his being a TV regular on the Manchester-based soap opera Coronation Street.
He explained: “My cousin Dean was in Coronation Street. I went to school with Marcus Rashford and we were in the same class.
“The school I went to was sponsored by Manchester United – I had many experiences because of that.”
Olivia Hawkins
But he’s not the only Islander with talented genes, after ring girl Olivia Hawkins revealed she has even featured in major Hollywood films alongside Jason Statham and Daniel Craig.
She told outlets at the time: “I did a film with Jason Statham and had a nice 10-minute convo about life.
“I’ve been a ring girl for KSI, I played a waitress in James Bond with Daniel Craig and I’ve also been a body double for Michelle Keegan and Emma Watson.”
Eagle-eyed fans have even spotted the brunette beauty as an extra on EastEnders during her time in the ITV villa.
Lana Jenkins
Makeup artist Lana has also worked with many famous faces throughout her career, even forming a close friendship with some of the biggest names in TV history.
She revealed: “In my work as a makeup artist I’ve worked with lots of celebrities. Also, when I was six-years-old I used to live in Spain and I was in an episode pf Benidorm as an extra.”
But she’s not just connected with celebs through work, after the blonde bombshell famously dated I’m A Celebrity finalist Owen Warner back in June 2020.
Although things didn’t work out between herself and the actor, Lana has gone on to find a connection with ITV hunk Ron Hall in the South African villa.
Will Young
Other famous faces in the ITV villa include TikTok star Will Young and blossoming influencer Tanya Manhenga.
Boasting more than one million followers on the short-form social media platform, Will has worked with some of the biggest names in showbiz, including Strictly Come Dancing presenter, Claudia Winkleman.
After collaborating on a promotional video together last year, Will recalled how he invited the raven-haired beauty over to his farm to film a video together.
He confessed: “Claudia Winkleman came to my farm. She was lovely and got stuck in. She poured water over me.”
Claudia Fogarty
Just weeks ago, Claudia Fogarty strutted into the South African villa in a red-hot devil’s costume for the fan-favourite heart race challenge.
And it’s fair to say she impressed the boys and the viewers at home with her impressive moves and stunning physique.
After getting to know her after the challenge, Islanders quickly deduced that her father is none other than racing legend Carl Fogarty.

Her famous dad – who is often known as ‘Foggy’ on the racecourse – is one of the most successful World Superbike racers in the UK.
The sportsman holds the second-highest amount of race wins at the age of 59, and was even appointed an MBE in the 1998 New Year Honours list before he retired back in 2000.
But his TV success didn’t end there, after the racer went on to win the 14th series of I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! after three weeks in the Australian jungle.
Love Island continues on weekdays on ITV2 from 9pm
