Love Island All Stars is airing in January for its first ever series – and big names are expected to return.
Many Love Island stars taken out of the equation due to their romances either away from the show or ones that have continued since their stints on the show. However, there are some memorable contestants who could be returning to the show.
ITV have been teasing a show-stopping promotional clip over the past few days, and the latest has seen host Maya Jama ask fans a big question. As the presenter strutted underneath some spotlights in a dazzling frock, she said: “We’re bringing back All Star Islanders for a second chance at love. The question is, who will be back for Amor?”

Fans flooded to the comments to share their theories – and demand the participation of some.
One user wrote: “I really hope it’s Danica! She deserves a second chance.” Another followed it up with: “I agree! She was simply in the wrong season,” while a third added: “100%! She was robbed of an experience.”
Another name that pulled through a lot was Scott Van Der Sluis – and if he did appear on All Stars, it would be his fourth series in less than a year after doing Love Island UK, Love Island USA and Love Island Games within a three month period.
One fan said they “wouldn’t be surprised” if Scott made a return to the series, while others were begging for Catherine Agbaje to return after her ex partner Scott did a trio of shows.
Elsewhere fans were hoping that exes would go back in, with some calling for Jacques O’Neal and Paige Thorne to both head back in the villa. The duo were together prior to Adam Collard’s shocking return to Love Island, with Jacques opting to leave the villa days later.
“I really want Jacques and Paige to both go back in because I literally love them together”, one user wrote. Another added: “They’re still very close 18 months later and always speak so highly of each other, really speaks volumes.”
Another person simply asked for “everyone from season five”, which has been widely dubbed Love Island’s most popular season. While many cast members have said they wouldn’t return from that season – including Ovie Soko and Maura Higgins, fans have still called for others.
Some big names referenced from the series include Anna Vakili, Anton Danyluk and Belle Hassan. Unfortunately for fans, The Sun reported that Anna had been signed up for the series, but pulled out last minute after a change of heart.
Love Island All Stars is expected to return in January – with floods of drama in tow.
