Love Island's Haris says co-star needs to 'chill the f**k out' after rows

Love Island star Haris Namani has opened up on how his experience and his thoughts on Zara Lackenby-Brown.

The boxer, 21, was given the boot along with Anna-May Robey, 19, on Wednesday night when Australian bombshells Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters joined the ITV2 show.

Appearing on a Love Island live with two ex co-stars, the star revealed how his fellow islanders really felt about Zara, who has caused a major stir since she entered the villa.

Revealing that he felt she needed to “chill the f**k out,” he said: “Zara started showing sides that people didn’t want to see.

“I didn’t have a problem with her. It was always the case with Zara, she wanted to know what people would talk to Tom about.

“I thought, ‘its been 3/4 days just chill the f**k out’, she wanted to be in control. Ron made her aware of that, you can’t do that.”

He did however praise her for fulfilling her duty as a bombshell, adding: “Saying that, Zara was a good bombshell, she came in and took Tom off Olivia”

Haris broke his silence on social media on Friday (January 27) after returning to the UK following his eviction.

Sharing a series promo shot of himself wearing a pair of red swimming shorts on Instagram, Haris wrote: “Hi guys, I’m back!

“Thank you to everyone who has supported me during my time on @loveisland I honestly had the experience of a lifetime and hope to make many more #loveisland.”

Haris has been opening up about his time in the villa mere days after his exit.

The star joined ex islanders David Salako and Anna-May Robey to spill all about the fellow islanders with plans to share his thoughts on the show regularly after it takes place.

Love Island airs weeknights at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, with Unseen Bits airing every Saturday
