Megan Barton Hanson's ex Wes Nelson admits he's 'vanilla as hell' in bed after sex jibe

Singer Wes Nelson has finally addressed the “crazy” rumours that he is “vanilla” in the bedroom.

After Wes and his Love Island co-star Megan Barton-Hanson broke up, Megan had some “crazy” words to say about the star.

During a Daily Star Facebook Live, Wes was asked what he thought about the claims Megan made.

Bursting out laughing, Wes said: “I don’t know, everyone loves vanilla though, right?

“She said some crazy things, so I just take everything… It doesn’t bother me, it really doesn’t.

“I’m vanilla as hell.”

The pair split in February 2019 after five months together post-Love Island and said they were at “different stages” in their lives.

Though a couple of months later, in July 2019, she told the Sun that she was disappointed Wes didn’t like sex toys.

Megan told the publication: “In fact, he was pretty vanilla in the bedroom, he was only young though bless him, he’s got a lot to learn.

“Whereas I love playing with sex toys, especially the rabbits.”

West revealed that the pair haven’t spoken since their breakup which took place when he was starring on Dancing On Ice.

After Megan, Wes went on to date another Islander, Arabell Chi, but after nine months of dating after they parted ways in 2020.

The talented singer revealed the show has a “curse” and is staying well away from any other stars from the show.

Wes said: “I’m staying away from Love Islanders now. I can’t do any more it’s like I’m trying to catch all the infinity stars here, like what am I trying to do?

“I’m just staying away from them not because they’re bad people and not because I’m any better than them I feel like it’s a curse, it’s a Love Island curse.”

“I mean they’ve already come in twos, I don’t want to go for the third. Just looking at it, it doesn’t take a genius to see the correlation here.”

Wes is currently gearing up for his first UK tour and is spending a lot of time in the studio to make his shows into a “story”.

He revealed that new music will also follow as well as an upcoming collaboration with a big star.
