Paddy McGuinness, 49, addresses surgery rumours after he reportedly “had a bit of work done over Christmas”.
The BBC Top Gear star confessed he had “headed to Turkey over Christmas” but shut down any speculation that he’d undergone cosmetic surgery in a new video.

In the clip, the Take Me Out presenter was trying to hold back his laughter from behind an Instagram face filter, which made him appear much younger and with a smoother complexion.
The Bolton comedian explained: “I’ve come on here today to address the absolutely scurrilous and unfounded rumours that I’ve had a bit of work done over Christmas.”

He added: “Now, yes – I have been to Turkey for a long weekend, but absolutely no truth in that I’ve had a bit of work done.
“This is just a tan and I’ve had a couple of cans of that prime. There’s a lot of fake accounts going round of mine but unless it’s this guy, it’s not the real deal.
“Ignore the fake accounts. Unless it’s this guy, it’s not real.”
Paddy had his fans and friends in hysterics, who flooded the comments section with laughing emojis.

Among them were Ugo Monye and Jeremy Lynch, who both replied with the emojis.
“You could see you struggling to keep a straight face!” one fan said, as another added: “You almost had there.”
“Took me a second to realise that’s a filter,” a third penned.
Paddy and his estranged wife, Christine announced their shock split they said in a statement they will “always be a loving family” and that they would still live “happily” in their family home together.

The pair spent Christmas together this year as their three kids – Penelope, Felicity, and Leo – are unaware of their break up.
“We don’t know what the future holds or how it’s going to be moving forward, but we’ll try to keep things as normal as possible,” said the mum.
“I’m quite happy for him to be there with the children and it’s nice for them to see Mummy and Daddy just being alright. We can sit and have a cup of tea together and that’s fine.”
