Piers Morgan and former This Morning star Dr Ranj Singh, have spoken out about the allegations Russell Brand is facing.
The comedian and actor has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse after claims by four women.
But Russell has denied all the allegations against him in a YouTube video on Friday evening (September 15) before the allegations went public – slamming them as “aggressive attacks”.

He says there are “witnesses whose evidence directly contradicts the narratives” by The Sunday Times and Channel 4′ Dispatches making a “co-ordinated attack.
And now, following the claims, a slew of famous faces have addressed and reacted to the allegations.
Former GMB presenter Piers took to X, formerly Twitter, and wrote: “The allegations against Russell Brand are horrifying, & the investigative reporting behind them exemplary.
“BUT he’s denied them & language being used on here – his accusers being labelled ‘victims’ or ‘survivors’ etc – infers guilt + criminality. He’s entitled to due process.”
Dr Ranj, who worked on This Morning as their resident doctor from 2016 to 2021, also addressed the allegations against Russell.
On Saturday evening, he took to Instagram Story and wrote: “Watching the C4 Dispatches tonight… Sadly it’s no surprise. It highlights a systemic issue in the TV/entertainment industry.
“Men in positions of power abusing that privilege to take advantage of others. This is not the first nor the last instance. There will be more being exposed.”
He went on: “Karma is a b***h. And she’s coming for you.”
Jo Caulfield, 57, a stand-up star who was a panellist on the popular BBC comedy show, Mock the Week, also wrote on X: “In whatever industry you work in, keep speaking out. Predatory behaviour and abuse is wrong. It’s so depressing that yet again people could have stopped Russell Brand; producers and broadcasters were enablers.

“It’s a tragic and an age old story and has to stop. In business, in Parliament, in TV – even surgeons in theatre FFS! If we talk about it enough, surely it will become unacceptable.”
Brand released a video statement on Friday (September 16) denying all of the allegations against him, saying his relationships were “absolutely, always consensual”.
He said: “Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.
“These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies, and as I’ve written about extensively in my books I was very, very promiscuous.
