A heavily pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker were spotted leaving a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday (September 3).
On Friday (September 2), the drummer’s band Blink 182 announced they will be postponing some European tour dates following an “urgent family matter” that forced him to jet back across the pond.
The following day, the 44-year-old mum – who announced she is pregnant back in June – was seen leaving hospital with the rocker as the parents-to-be climbed into an SUV.

In pictures obtained by TMZ, Kourtney was seen wearing an oversized tracksuit with the material still firmly clinging to her bump as she pulled her sunglasses over her eyes.

Neither Kourtney or Travis have confirmed what the emergency was which caused them to rush to hospital.
Daily Star has reached out to a representative for the Kardashians for a comment.
The soon-to-be mum-of-four was seen walking unassisted as she and her husband surfaced on Friday, as she climbed into the back of a black Range Rover before driving away.
On Friday (September 2) the Blink-182 star announced on Instagram Story that they would have to delay the upcoming concerts due to Travis’ family emergency.

They revealed: “Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin shows are being postponed.
“More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.”
Travis then took to his own social media account and cryptically posted pictures of the prayer room at the Glasgow Airport.
As Travis raced home to be with Kourtney, his ex-wife Shanna Moakler confirmed the children she shares with the drummer are “safe and sound”.

Shanna and Travis share Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 together, but the rocker has also been vital in helping Shana raise her daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, whom she had with former pro boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
Meanwhile, Kourtney shares three children – Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight – with her ex-fiancé Scott Disick who, she dated on and off for nearly a decade.
