Snoop Dogg has revealed why rap legend Eminem doesn’t seem to do as much these days, and what he’s working on now.
Eminem is widely regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time and has won so many awards it’s hard to count them, but they include 15 Grammys, 17 Billboard awards, an Emmy, and an Oscar.
The hip hop titan has also remained one of the best-selling artists of all time, the best-selling US musician of the noughties and the best-selling male US artist of the 2010s.

Eminem’s rap legacy is already cemented, but some fans might be wondering why they haven’t heard from the Slim Shady star in recent times.
Fellow rap titan Snoop spoke about why his long-time pal Eminem seems to have stepped away from the spotlight during an interview on the Full Send podcast last year.
Asked why Eminem doesn’t ‘do s**t anymore’, the Drop It Like It’s Hot hitmaker explained that Eminem has already achieved so much in his music career that it’s hard to know what to do next.
He said: “He do what he have to do, but I think when you’ve been the biggest rapper in the world for so many years, it’s like what more can you do?
“You know? I think it’s… he’s finding his moments now, finding when he wants to come and when he wants to drop and pop because, you know, his fan ain’t going nowhere.”
Snoop also said he reckons other rappers feel like they can disrespect him as they know he’s less active at the moment.
He said: “People take shots at rappers like that because that rapper is invisible for the moment, but that is the way to getting back visible, when you start poking the bear. He still is who he is. Do not get it f**ed up.
“You poke the bear with your nails, you get your nails broke.”
Eminem’s last studio album was Music to Be Murdered By in 2020, but he dropped his latest greatest hits album, Curtain Call, last August.
It features a track with Snoop called From the D 2 the LBC, where they squashed their beef.
