Star Wars' Diego Luna shares update on Andor series two as filming gets underway

Star Wars icon Diego Luna has revealed what fans can expect from the future of Andor, as filming on the second series gets underway.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star at the BAFTA Film Awards 2023, Diego revealed that the next season of Andor “will end the moment Rogue One starts” and that the start of Cassian Andor’s journey into the person he became in Rogue One will be “explored.”

Although Diego said he could not tease “much” about the new series, he explained: “I think what I love about Andor is that it’s its own. It’s meant to be something different. The same way Rogue One was meant to be just that.
