This Morning viewers have admitted they are getting fed-up of seeing lots of different people hosting the ITV show.
The programme has seen a rotating carousel of presenters since the departure of long-term hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield. But, as Christine Lampard took a spot on the sofa on Monday (December 11), viewers admitted they were struggling with all the change.
Some took to X to share their thoughts, suggesting it would be nice to see a more fixed line-up. “I can’t keep up with @thismorning’s ever changing rota of presenters every week,” said one person.

“You’d think by now permanent replacements were announced, along with a refreshed format. The programme needs a completely fresh start next year.”
Another said: “So #thismorning continue to throw presenters at it in the hope of seeing what sticks. The show is dead on its a*** ffs, it needs a complete root and branch overhaul or just bin it off!”
One fan said they would like to see Emma Willis and Rylan Clark made a permanent fixture, after the pair recently made a splash hosting together. “For God’s sake why, Emma and Rylan is all you need, why all the different presenters, it doesn’t make sense,” they posted. “People will be turning off as sick of seeing different faces every week, make your bloody mind up.”
Somebody else asked: “What the hell is going on? Everybody is having go now, this show just feels like an audition show.”
This Morning has seen a few new presenting partnerships since Phillip and Holly exited after hosting together for close to 14 years. The pair had presented from Mondays to Thursdays before handing over to Alison Hammond and Dermot on Fridays.
Phillip stepped down in May amid a scandal that saw him admitting to having an affair with a younger colleague, which he described as “unwise but not illegal”. And then mum-of-three Holly quit in October after a man was charged in relation to an alleged plot to kidnap and murder her.
Hosts to have stepped in since include Rylan, Emma, Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle. On Monday, Dermot welcomed Christine, who said she was delighted to be back after nine or 10 years.
“They said, ‘Would you like to spend the morning with Dermot?'” she explained. “And I said, ‘Of course I would’ so here I am!”
The TV star said she was only on the show for a day, leaving Dermot to ask: “Is that it?” He joked that Christine was hedging her bets when she signed the contract, teasing: “I’ll do one day, see how we go!”
