AI predicts how Selena Gomez will look in 30 years as she celebrates birthday

Selena Gomez went from the Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place to becoming Instagram’s third most followed person in the world.

With a staggering 426 million followers, that basically means more than one in 20 people on this planet are fans. The American singer, actress, producer and businesswoman who turns 32 today (July 22) probably needs no introduction.

She kicked off her career on the children’s show Barney & Friends, before she went on to become a teen idol for her leading role as Alex Russo in Wizards. If Hollywood wasn’t enough she added becoming a pop sensation to her CV.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US .

Then Gomez topped the lot off by launching her own make-up company, whilst simultaneously continuing with the acting and singing.

With the world at her feet at such a young age, we at the Daily Star were curious to know how the birthday girl would look in 30 years time.

In the absence of a DeLorean (Back to the Future gag, which she would be too young to understand), we have had to turn to AI to give Gomez a makeover to show us what to expect when she turns 62.

Thanks to the help of AI tool Midjourney, we have exclusively turned the clocks forward by three decades.

More than one in 20 people on earth follow Gomez on Instagram

And it’s safe to say that the technology could foresee Gomez commanding an even bigger percentage of the earth’s population in 2054.

If the prediction proves to be correct, the multi-faceted superstar would most likely still be in high demand from all parties.

With her looks descending through a combination of Italian and Mexican parentage, Gomez has retained the bulk of her original hair colour, and her eyes still have the power to disarm.

Gomez’s father is Mexican while her mother is of Italian ancestry

Although slightly more serious looking in the generated picture, she has just blown out 62 candles.

But whatever Gomez chooses to star in when it gets to the 2050s I’m sure a lot of the folk on Earth will still be watching.
