Alison Hammond has shared snaps of her “unforgettable” romantic zoo break with boyfriend David Putman, 26, and confessed it was a “dream”.
The 49-year-old has been enjoying so much needed time away from her presenting duties with her new beau. Alison took off to Port Lympne Zoo in Kent, accompanied by Russian masseuse David and was seen looking quite smitten.
What was later to be revealed is that they had actually spent the night in the zoo, specifically in the swanky Lion Lodge resting right next to the lions. On sharing a video of her stay, Alison told fans: “What a lovely stay at @portlympnepark A superb hotel and reserve!

“Staying at the lyons lodge was a dream and truly unforgettable. Thanks for the invite and looking after me,” she added.

According to The Sun, the unique getaway wasn’t gifted to Alison. Prices for this five-star zoo experience start at £1,450 a night, even providing a golf buggy to facilitate roaming around the reserve.
These impressive lodges boast picture windows in both the king-size master bedroom and the open-plan living area, nested within the lion’s expansive habitat. Each lodge is also equipped with a balcony, with an outdoor bath on a platform overlooking the lions.

Alison and David were pictured darting around in their buggy full of laughter and jokes, with Alison clinging onto him while giggling. The This Morning presenter couldn’t hide her big smile as she walked around with the 6ft 10 stud.
The Sun recently revealed that Alison first crossed paths with David when she booked £150 worth of massage sessions with him. She’s been fitting in sessions with the hunky body therapist and model amidst her hectic filming timetable.

Alison and David’s friendship blossomed into a romance towards the end of 2023. They’ve reportedly grown incredibly close after over a year of friendship.
A mate revealed that David isn’t fazed by the 23-year age difference with Alison. The friend reportedly said: “David is a very quiet, unassuming and thoughtful person who likes to play the guitar.”
“He’s the strong, silent type, not a pushover, but not chatty like Alison. In that sense they’re perfect for each other and to David age is just a number. He’s not bothered by fame, he probably didn’t even know who Alison was when they first met.”
