Celebrity psychic who’s worked with top reality TV stars ‘rumbled’ after making £300,000

Channel 4 is set to explore the career of psychic to the stars Chris Riley in surprising new digital documentary.

The Essex-based psychic and clairvoyant has previously worked with huge reality stars such as TOWIE’s Bobby Noris and Gemma Collins and Love Island stars Maura Higgins and Siannie Fudge.

In a brand-new episode of Channel 4’s YouTube series Life Uncovered, presenter and journalist Ben Zand delves into Chris’ career. With a huge waiting list of potential clients keen to pay for his service, Chris claims to have made £300,000 done over 100,000 psychic readings since starting his practice, all for various prices.

In the film, wanting to know more about Chris’ work and how it’s all scientifically possible to connect with the other side, Ben brings cameras along with him to immerse himself in this world. Ben follows Chris to some of his readings with clients to understand the spiritual connection, sits in whilst he records an Instagram Live giving followers advice and guidance and even takes part in a reading himself with some surprising results.

As Ben receives his reading from Chris, the psychic guessing Ben’s mum name correctly but the presenter points out that Chris could have easily found out the information by searching on his social media profiles. Chris points out: “I’m not here to prove this to you, I’m here to tell you what I feel.”

Chris then goes on to mention a “Michael” and suggests Ben has a “heavily make family” but Ben points out “that’s not right”. Chris moves on to ask: “So tell me then, siblings?” Ben replies: “I guess why do i tell you?” Chris points out: “Because you are telling me i’m not correct, so you can explain.”

Ben then reveals “Michael” is his brother. Chris then says he feels Ben’s mum has “health issues and not talking about it”. However, when Chris says Ben looks like his dad around his eyes, Ben replies: “I actually don’t know.” Chris then asks to look at a picture Ben brought of his grandmother. Chris then asked if his dad was “one of three” but Ben points out his dad “is one of about 16 kids”. Chris then puts his hand up to the camera and says: “You can turn it off. I can’t. I don’t feel like I want to carry the reading on sorry.”

Ben asks: “How come? and Chris responds: “I don’t know if you’re not being truthful with me.” Ben adds: “I promise you being truthful. There’s no reason for me to lie about it.” Ben then films himself sitting in his car and says: “Just been kicked of Chris’. He just felt he’d been rumbled and regretting it and demanding that we gave him the footage. I feel bad because he’s been welcoming to just but it’s just ended in the worst possible way.”
