Away from Weatherfield, Coronation Street stars often share a glimpse of their personal lives with fans.
While some share snaps of their children or real-life partners, others post pictures of their tattoos. Some soap actors and actresses have braved the pain to get a personal tribute permanently inked onto their bodies.
Others have more subtle inkings which can easily be hidden away from the ITV soap cameras when they are filming scenes as their alter-egos.
