David and Victoria Beckham fork out eye-watering sum for new mansion – in cash

David and Victoria Beckham have forked out millions to buy their new mansion outright.

The couple recently closed the deal on owning a deluxe mansion in the Florida getaway of Miami earlier this month. However, the couple were so loaded that they could afford to pay the multi-million pound price tag in one go as they signed on the dotted line.

Documents seen by the Sun revealed that the couple went through with buying the luxurious property, sporting nine bedrooms, on October 3. However, paperwork revealed that the couple did not take out a mortgage on their new pad – despite it setting them back some £55.6million.

According to the legal documents, the mansion looks over Miami’s iconic Biscayne Bay, boasting a host of amenities – including a 124ft long pool, a cinema room and a professional chef’s kitchen. Sources close to the couple have said they were stunned by the decision to pay for the house in one lump sum.

“David and Victoria are loaded but buying a £55.6million house with cash is impressive,” an insider explained. “They adore it and want to spend as much time there as possible.

“It’s their dream property and the culmination of all their hard work,” they added. This is now the fourth property the couple own as they flaunt their enormous wealth for their fans.

On top of their new home, the couple also spent some £18m on another Miami pad, based in the well-known One Thousand Museum building. As well as this, they have two homes in the UK – one being a gorgeous townhouse in Holland Park in West London that set the couple back an eye-watering £31m.

But not content with their three properties, Posh and Becks also own a £12million converted barn in the Cotswolds, where the couple often spend most of their time. This is also where the couple enjoy their family time with their four children – Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13.

As a result, David – 49 – and Victoria, 50, have built up a multi-million pound property empire that keeps their lavish lifestyle on track. It comes as the family continues to bring in the cash through their various individual projects.

According to estimates, the Beckhams family is said to have a net worth of some £450million at the start of 2024. The couple continue to rake in the money, thanks to David’s brand deals and licensing tricks, whilst Victoria’s fashion business continues to soar with profits.

David’s entrepreneur mindset is also helping to generate funds, after setting up a football club – Inter Miami CF, in 2018. Since then, the club has also helped to rack up the money, reportedly being worth £803m thanks to Lionel Messi joining the club.
