Davina McCall looked incredible as she showed off her stunning physique during an online workout video.
The 56-year-old headed over to Instagram to share another fitness clip alongside her partner Michael Douglas. Showing off her ageless figure, Davina left her fans drooling in the sweaty post.
Wearing a red coordinate set, which included shorts and a plunging top, Davina did a series of exercises which included burpees. Following Faye’s Fitness workout, Davina flaunted her toned abs to the camera while Michael could be seen working out behind her.

Captioning the clip Davina mentioned that Michael also provided the voice over for her video, she wrote: “So @mdlondon joined me today. I wanted to show him the @ownyourgoalsdavina workout from yesterday. @fayes_fitness ….He loved it!!!!!! He did 5 and a half rounds. I’m never doing my own Vo again. He’s much better.”

Commenting on the clip, one fan said: “You guys are awesome- and a delicious couple.” Another chimed: “Go guys!!! Looking fabulous!! And girl those shorts are … [fire emoji] I can’t wait to get back into the gym love u xxx.”
A third said: “Awesome. Great to see you looking so good and happy. You both made me smile which is the perfect start to anybody’s day. Thank you.” While a fourth added: “Looking good girl.”
Last week, Davina was forced to address rude comments from online trolls about her weight. Sharing a video, Davina asked fans to think before they type as their comments can affect someone.

In parts of her video she said: “I feel like people post these things and then they have no consequences because they can post whatever they like and be cruel and I just have to kind of take it. I’m actually just left sitting feeling furious so I thought I’d offload here.
“I’m a 5ft 6in woman who weighs 61 kilos. I don’t diet. I exercise. I eat relatively healthily and I enjoy sharing that journey with people.
I’m 57 this year and I’m happy with the way that I look, and I feel absolutely f***ing great. And so I just thought I’d post that there.

“I can’t really do much about my neck and my face unless I fill it with filler. I don’t know what to do about … my neck is my neck.
“And maybe the light was bad or something … but all you have to do is look at the rest of my posts on my page and see that I’m not unhealthy. But this is … this was, like, horrible.”
