Katie Price once had her eye on none other than Declan Donnelly, according to his on-screen partner Ant McPartlin.
The famous Geordie pair have bumped into Katie a fair few times, mainly because of her two stints in the I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! jungle.
But it was after her first adventure Down Under that Ant spilled the beans on Katie – who would later tie the knot with jungle mate Peter Andre – having a bit of a flirt with host Dec at the show’s wrap party, with even her mum trying to set them up. In their joint memoir, ‘Ooh! What A Lovely Pair’, released in 2009, Ant dished the dirt on how Katie, then going by her glamour model name Jordan, tried to woo Dec at the bash, despite being there with her then-beau Scott Sullivan, who had jetted over to Oz to be by her side.

After ditching Scott for Pete, it seems Katie still fancied checking if Dec was on the market before she settled down with the ‘Mysterious Girl’ crooner. “The other thing I remember from that party is doing shots with Kerry, and Jordan [Katie’s glamour model alter-ego] chasing after Dec, who she had propositioned during her departure interview,” Ant reminisced about the wild festivities in the autobiography, reports the Mirror.
Despite Dec’s initial rejection – who had recently parted ways with his childhood love Clare Buckfield – Katie’s mother, Amy Price, attempted to play matchmaker for her daughter. Ant later revealed: “He managed to avoid her all night, but her mum did corner him a couple of times and try to set him up with her. He wasn’t having any of it.”

While Katie may not have secured a date with Dec, she did find love within the I’m A Celebrity family.
After exiting the jungle in 2004, Katie and Pete were inseparable, leading to their marriage at Highclere Castle in Hampshire the following year. They welcomed two children – Junior Andre, 18, and Princess Andre, 17, – before dramatically ending their relationship in 2009 and divorcing.
Speaking about his two eldest children on This Morning last year, Pete told Alison Hammond: “They’re the only jungle babies. They’re the only ones to be born from the show I believe.”

Meanwhile, Dec found love shortly after Katie’s failed seduction attempt at the I’m A Celebrity wrap party in 2004. After dating TV host Georgie Thompson from January 2009 to April 2011, Dec fell in love with his and Ant’s manager Ali Astall.
The pair tied the knot in 2015 and have since welcomed two children.
