Katie Price has been open about her personal struggles over the years, including bankruptcy, relationship issues and depression.
In her latest memoir, This Is Me: The high life. The dark times. The FULL story, the 46 year old gets even more candid about her past, present, and future, including her plans if her income drops too low.
Katie was first declared bankrupt in 2019, and again in March this year, reportedly due to an unpaid tax bill of over £750,000 owed to HMRC.
Despite previously being “triggered” by the term, the mum-of-five now says she no longer fears bankruptcy as she “sees a way out” with a plan, reports the Mirror.
If her earnings drop too low, the model revealed she would consider offering companionship to strangers for money.
Reflecting on her difficult times, she said: “Sometimes it does take a great deal of strength for me to remind myself that I’m OK.
“I have my house, I have my children, I have my family. The other thought that I will repeat to myself over and over again is, ‘nothing is the end of the world’.
“There’s probably nothing I can’t face that hasn’t been thrown at me already. I will always earn more money, I will always fight for my children, and I will never let myself get into the dark place again.”
Katie added that bankruptcy no longer holds “the same fear now” as it used to, as should materialistic things be taken away, she is confident in earning them back.
“I will get into escorting if I need to, not to sleep with men, just for company. To be on their arm for a dinner date or something,” she revealed.
“I think I’d be good at that. My mum would tell me I need to work on my table manners first though.”
Currently, Katie, who is dating Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater, mentioned she is still raking in “good money” through various means including her Only Fans page.
After her recent bankruptcy case, a judge decreed that she must surrender nearly half of her monthly income from the adult entertainment website to settle her debts.
In response to earlier reports suggesting she had only made £150 on the site, she retaliated, asserting that this figure couldn’t be more inaccurate.
Chatting with Lewis Raymond Taylor on the Turning Adversity Into An Asset podcast, she questioned: “Do you think someone who has been doing that for a career for 25 years is only going to make £150? “.
“Maybe put a couple more zeros on that and you’ll be a lot closer. People only hear what they want to hear, and I think that’s the damaging thing for more.”
She ended, defiantly: “I no longer have to justify anything to anyone any more I’m living proof that I can be knocked down to the gutter and come back up.”
