The Morning Live presenter announced his engagement to Dolly back in 2022. Revealing how he popped the question, he said: “We had the most wonderful time.

They announced their marriage on social media a year later after tying the knot in London. He expressed excitement about returning to Morning Live with a wedding ring in response to a tweet from the show on X.
Xand, who is an identical twin with brother and fellow TV doctor Chris, said his first son Julian was “the most significant and precious thing in my life.” He admits: “His arrival was quite unexpected”.
He added: “Although my relationship with his mother was brief, we parted on excellent terms”. His now-wife Dolly is a researcher at the University of Cambridge’s MRC Epidemiology Unit and was a former Conservative Party candidate for Vauxhall in the 2017 general election.
