Netflix fans have been in uproar over a recent thriller which has left their “mind’s blown”.
Fractured is a 2019 thriller that stars Sam Worthington as the main character Ray, a father who is trying to uncover the mystery of his wife and daughter who both went missing. The pair vanished while his daughter was in hospital and viewers are in for a wild ride, as they quickly discover the hospital has no record of them ever being there.
Warning: Spoilers ahead for the end of Fractured.

The final moments of the film had viewers’ holding their breaths as Ray interrupts his daughter’s surgery before taking his family out of the hospital and into their car outside.
However, the harrowing wide shot that follows will make your blood turn cold – it is revealed that a teenage boy is sitting in the back of the car, not Ray’s wife and child. It is obvious that he had been ripped from the surgery table and viewers were left wondering what on earth had happened.
Suddenly, on screen flashbacks piece together the puzzle – Ray was hallucinating the entire time. His wife Jo, played by American Horror Story actress Lily Rabe, and his daughter Peri, died at the scene of an accident that occurred earlier on.
During a pit stop in the car, Peri hit her head so hard that she died immediately. Following this shock, Jo began shouting at Ray, which led him to push his spouse – she fell over and impaled her head, which killed her too.
The next moment, Ray is seen putting his family’s bodies in the trunk of his car, where they remained. The entire time Ray was in the hospital, he was hallucinating and mistook the teenage boy for his young daughter, who was in the boot of his car along with her mother.
Viewers were left totally gobsmacked by the shocking ordeal and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts. One person wrote: “#Fractured has literally blown my f***ing mind! That ending! What the actual f***?”
Another Netflix user added: “Everyone go to Netflix right now and watch the movie #Fractured, your mind will be blown.” Others branded the plot twist as “insane” and said they “really enjoyed” the film.
